“When you have a staff of upwards of 45 - 50 people and you need to keep a company moving through the day, having a partner in Accent has been pivotal for us,” said Suzi.
At one time, the business considered sourcing IT internally but decided that it didn’t make sense. With Accent, they have access to experts in all aspects of their IT function, whether it’s phones, internet, cybersecurity, hardware, software, network administration or IT planning.
“I have my own IT department in Accent,” said Suzi. "We could never give ourselves the daily support in all these different areas with just one IT person.”

Suzi knows that the surgery center can’t function without technology, and she doesn’t have time to deal with issues that might pop up from time to time. Having the Accent IT services team to support and guide them in everything regarding their healthcare technology gives Suzi peace of mind knowing that she just has to make one phone call to get someone on the problem and work it to resolution.
Recently, they had an issue with their copier losing scans. As the Accent technicians responded to solve the problem, they also stepped up to the plate to facilitate communication between the copier and software companies. A solution was implemented the same day and Suzi didn’t worry about something falling through the cracks because she knew the Accent team was checking on progress.
“Honestly, I don’t have time in my daily activities to follow these types of issues,” she said. “When I call Accent, I know that they’re going to handle it and they’re going to get back to me and let me know how it was fixed.”
Checking "IT" Off Her To-Do List
Suzi likes it that she can check IT off of her list of concerns giving her the freedom she needs and wants to run the business.
“The thought of not having Accent taking care of our IT is actually pretty scary,” she said. “Accent has been a very good investment for our company.”
