Desktop Support
Most computer problems occur at a specific user's desktop. Solving these problems quickly is critical to keeping your employees happy and productive.
We offer two levels of desktop support depending on your needs. Desk-Side Support is a fast and economical choice when you have a technical or semi-technical person in your office who just needs some telephone guidance to solve problems. When that is not enough, Remote Support lets us directly control the problem computer to solve the problem. We can do this remotely from our office or work at your site when needed.
Desk-Side Support
You probably already have a person in your office whom your users refer to as the "computer guy" (or "gal"). This is the on-site person who tends to be more knowledgeable about your computer issues and works well with others.
We have found that it is both economical and useful to work with the people already on your staff, even if they are not necessarily trained I.T. professionals. Our "desk-side support" service provides in depth technical support to a resident expert on your staff. We keep this person well trained and informed of all of your key computer systems. By working directly with this person over the phone, we are able to reduce the need for on-site visits and provide you with faster and more personal support.
Remote Support
The most intensive level of service is desktop support. Using our sophisticated remote management technology, we are able to connect to and control any computer in your office (with your permission) to diagnose and solve problems as though we were there in person. This service is available 24 hours per day.
For more substantial projects or tasks that involve a lot of user training, on-site support and training services are available.
