Thank you very much for allowing Accent Computer Solutions, Inc. (ACSI) to provide the solution to your network and accounting systems integration needs. We would like to take this opportunity to outline our customer support policies.
Service Rates
Level 1 Engineer (Desktop Support) $75.00 per hour remote
Level 1 Engineer (Desktop Support) $95.00 per hour on-site
Level 2 Engineer $125.00 per hour
Level 3 Engineer (Examples of Services below) $145.00 per hour
- Project Management, Advanced System Recovery, Advanced System Design/Configuration, Advanced Server Tasks (Level 3 work not limited to the above tasks)
On-site support (Network / Single-user) (One hour minimum on-site plus site travel)
Remote Support Services (Billed by 1/4 Hour)
Prepaid Retainer $1,000 (Priority 2 Response time available)
Cabling Hourly Rate $75.00 per hour per installer (2 hour minimum)
Telephone Services $95.00 per hour per technician (2 hour minimum)
Sr. Telephone Systems Programmer $125 per hour per technician
Software Development (Internet/Custom) $135 per hour - Basic
(Higher rates may apply to custom projects)
Advanced Cisco Support $175.00 per hour
*Special contract pricing is available. Projects or Service Agreements may be developed on your behalf.
*Payment for Prepaid retainers must be received before services are provided.
*Services provided outside normal business hours (8am to 5pm) and weekends are billed at 1.5 times the rate.

Support Policies
24 Hour / 7 Day per Week Support: 24 hour response is available. Overtime rates are charged for jobs outside of normal business hours.

Terms: If a Prepaid Hourly Support Package is not purchased, ACSI provides services and equipment on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. It is understood that our engineers will be expecting to be paid at the end of the job unless prior arrangements have been made. It is also understood that we will be billing the contracted hourly rate per staff hour time and materials. Special terms may be arranged upon credit approval. Accent Computer Solutions, Inc. provides the services of highly trained service personnel. If for any reason the client wishes to hire an ACSI employee, it is agreed that a fee of 100% of the annual salary of the employee being hired from ACSI will be paid to ACSI.

Travel Policy: The following travel charges apply to clients outside of our local travel zone*. (Actual expenses apply to services provided outside of the local Southern California area) *Local travel zone is defined as 20 minutes or less of total travel time. Travel is billed according to your existing service rate.

Venue Statement: All Parties agree that in any litigation arising out of this Agreement, the correct venue shall be the Rancho Cucamonga District of the Superior Court for the County of San Bernardino, which County shall have jurisdiction over the subject matter of this Agreement.

Warranty Statement: ACSI is happy to provide service and support for any computing software or hardware product. We work very well with manufacturers of computer equipment and software. It is understood that ACSI is not able to accept warranty responsibility for any product that we do not manufacture. We will be happy to administer and consult for warranty issues on a fee basis. All time spent consulting and managing projects or warranty issues is billable.
